In the Valley of the Sun, we tend to hear a lot more about hydrating during the hot summer months. But hydration is not only important during the summer, it should be a year-round habit, because water can help improve our health in many ways — even improve our moods, according to College of Health Solutions Professor Stavros Kavouras.
