Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs signed a law earlier this month that guarantees mobile-home owners’ right to install cooling measures, thanks in large part to the work of an Arizona State University team.

This week, approximately two dozen European Union representatives visited Arizona State University to speak with President Michael Crow and others about the university's — and Arizona's — involvement in realizing and maximizing the potential of the U.S. CHIPS Act.
