Fifty years ago, Arizona State University’s Class of 1976 celebrated their graduation. Now, five decades later, many have returned to campus for their Golden Reunion — including a mother-daughter duo who earned education degrees together.
The actor and conservationist, who spoke at Undergraduate Commencement on Monday night, shared an empowering message about the potential that graduates have to help change the world. He addressed a record-setting class alongside philanthropist Howard G. Buffett, and both were awarded with honorary degrees.
