'Tillman Tunnel' renovations lauded by Fox Sports

Just in time for the start of the fall 2013 football season, Sun Devil Stadium has debuted its new and improved Tillman Tunnel. FoxSports.com showcased the renovations in a recent article.

The article lists several other pre-game university traditions, but writer Sam Gardner seemed particularly impressed by the tunnel: "College football programs do all kinds of cool stuff to get players pumped to take the field. ... But is there really a more awesome pre-game tradition than the one just unveiled by Arizona State?"

Accompanying the article are several photos of the tunnel, named for former ASU linebacker and NFL star Pat Tillman, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2004.

"The way Pat lived – the Sun Devil way – is something we teach our team about every day," said ASU head football coach Todd Graham. "Now the final thing they will see before taking the field is the embodiment of everything he stood for – and everything we hope to emulate and accomplish."
