'Tax Notes' gives shout-out to Kornhauser


<p>An article in the Feb. 9 edition of Tax Notes headlined, &quot;The Thorndike Challenge,&quot; by tax historian Joseph J. Thorndike, mentioned a clever phrase coined by Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=50982">M… Kornhauser</a>, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.</p><separator></separator><p>&quot;Some presidents and vice presidents - notably George W. Bush and Dick Cheney - have been reluctant to do a fiscal Fully Monty (a tip to Arizona State law Prof. Marjorie E.
