Psychology Department Invites Applications for Assistant-Professor-Behavioral Neuroscience Position


<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The Psychology Department at Arizona State University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to begin Fall 2008. A Ph.D. in psychology or related field and demonstrated experience or potential in research and teaching are required. Evidence of interest in collaborating with interdisciplinary/translational research initiatives is desired. </font></font></p><separator></separator><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><separator></separator><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The Department has active funded research programs for the study of neuropsychiatric disorders, neurodegenerative disease/aging, drug abuse, stress, health, cognition and emotion. Additional opportunities for collaboration include a large and growing neuroscience community at ASU and in the Phoenix metro area with a strong linkage to the UA College of Medicine-Phoenix.
