ASU fans shake hands with the players as the team leaves the field. The Sun Devils will enjoy their first bye week of the season this coming weekend before heading on the road to take on Colorado in Boulder in a Thursday night showdown on Oct. 11.

The University of California's women's volleyball team did not fare well during their visit to Tempe on Friday night, September 28, losing to the Sun Devils 3-0. ASU fell to No.7 ranked Stanford 3-1 during Sunday's contest. Arizona State takes their 13-4 record (2-2 in the Pac-12) on the road over the weekend, traveling to southern California to play USC and UCLA. Macey Gardner (12) picked up her second accolade as the Pac-12 Volleyball Freshman of the Week.

Third-ranked UCLA proved to be too much for the Arizona State women's soccer team on Monday night as the Bruins scored three first-half goals on their way to a 4-1 win. The Sun Devil's Kiara Williams (32) and Abby Dahlkemper (8) contest the ball. ASU takes to the road this weekend, meeting Washington State on Friday and Washington on Sunday.
