Karin blogs about workplace flexibility for sexual assault survivors


<p>Associate Clinical Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65860">M… Karin</a>, director of the Work-Life Policy Unit in the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law's Civil Justice Clinic, and Robin Runge of the University of North Dakota were featured guest bloggers on the Sloan Work and Family Research Network on April 24.</p><separator></separator><p>In a post on the Work and Family Blog, entitled "Supporting Survivors of Sexual Assault with Workplace Flexibility," Karin and Runge commented that "Sexual assault survivors should not be further victimized by workplace structures that have failed to recognize how they can support survivors." Her research interests include workplace law, policy, and practice, civil justice and litigation, and women's legal history. Karin is an active member of the national work-life law and policy community. She is regularly invited to speak about the role of thoughtful public policy in this area, and is listed in the Sloan Network's Who's Who in Work and Family. She is also a member of the Faculty Task Force for the Diane Halle Center for Family Justice.
