Hodge quoted in 'Business Journal'


<p><a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65847">J… G. Hodge Jr.</a> , Lincoln Professor of Health Law and Ethics, recently was quoted in an article in the <i>Phoenix Business Journal</i> about Arizona possibly opting out of the public option plan in a government-run healthcare system.</p><separator></separator><p>In the Nov. 6 article, &quot;Foes push for state to opt out of health plan,&quot; by reporter Mike Sunnucks, Hodge said that, the more a public plan competes with private insurance companies, the more likely they are to take up that fight in conservative states such as Arizona.</p><separator></separator><p>To read the full article, click <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/files/Administration/Communication/In_The_Media/… scholarly and applied work, Hodge delves into multiple areas of public health law, global health law, ethics, and human rights.
