Gartner's paper reviewed by American University law professor


<p>A paper by <a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65861">… Gartner</a>, Associate Professor of Law at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, entitled, “Beyond the Monopoly of States: Civil Society and the Governance of International Institutions,” was reviewed on the blog <em>Opinio Juris </em>by Kenneth Anderson, a law professor at Washington College of Law, American University.</p><separator></separator><p>Anderson called Gartner’s article an excellent paper on global civil society and international organization’s legitimacy.</p><separator></separator><p>To read the entire review, click <a href="http://opiniojuris.org/2011/02/25/conceptualizing-accountability-in-int… teaches constitutional law, international institutions, foreign relations law and global health law and policy.
