Open earlier than ever before, the Avnet Tech Games is now taking registrations for its spring virtual games and Arizona onsite competition.

This spring’s virtual games—open to students nationwide—are:

• Android™ App Challenge
• Geocache Scavenger Hunt
• Avnet Supply Chain Challenge

The Arizona onsite competition – open to Arizona students and held at the University of Advancing Technology on April 10 – requires a faculty sponsor. The 2010 games include:

• Accenture Green Data Center Challenge
• Build, Troubleshoot & Tune the Fastest Computer
• Digital Design Challenge
• Networking Within the Enterprise
• Patch Panel Madness
• Project Greenlight Solar-Powered LED Challenge
• Robot Race Obstacle Course
• VMware Virtualization Challenge
