Tomahawk GreyEyes

Tomahawk GreyEyes, who received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Art, was awarded a residency at Vermont Studio School through the Harpo Foundation. The Harpo Foundation’s 2016 grant and residency fellowships support emerging and under-recognized visual artists. Tomahawk GreyEyes will spend time at the Vermont Studio Center to develop new work. GreyEyes is an interdisciplinary artist from the Navajo Nation who uses site-specific installations, print and video to convey intertribal autonomist messages to the dominant society.
