Sun Devils reach eighth after round one of Northrop Grumman
<p>The second-ranked Arizona State women's golf team is currently in eighth place after the first round of the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes, Calif. ASU shot an 18-over 302 for round one. UCLA is in first place after firing a 4-over 288.</p><separator></separator><p>Individually, sophomore All-American <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/nordqvist_anna00.html">A… Nordqvist</a> shot a 1-over 72 in the first round of competition to tie for seventh. Junior All-American <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/munoz_azahara00.html">Az… Munoz</a> and sophomore <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/murcia_juliana00.html">J… Murcia</a> are tied for 19th after shooting a 4-over 75. Sophomore <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/kelo_liisa00.html">Liisa Kelo</a> shot a 9-over 80 to tie for 65th. Junior All-American <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/osborn_jennifer00.html">… Osborn</a> is tied for 73rd after shooting a 10-over 81 in the first round.
