Plans for expanded use of ASU Sun Devil Stadium


Arizona State University plans to expand the use of Sun Devil Stadium in the future to serve as a venue year-round.  Renovations are slated for summer of 2016, after which point the stadium can be used to host a variety of community events, competitions, and celebrations.  

Recently covered by ABC 15, plans for the expansion are already underway.  ASU President Michael Crow appointed Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, Executive Director of ASU Gammage and Associate Vice President of Cultural Affairs to oversee new projects involving the stadium.

Dr. Crow was quoted as saying, "I am confident that the experience and creativity that Colleen brings to this project will make full use of the university’s capacity to innovate."
