O'Connor, judges, professor to speak on Constitution Day


<p>U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor (ret.), along with professor and dean emeritus Paul Bender of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Rebecca White Berch, and retired Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Ruth V. McGregor will participate in a Constitution Day forum on Thursday, Dec. 2.</p><separator></separator><p>Justice O’Connor will deliver the keynote address at the event, which will celebrate the 100<sup>th</sup> anniversary of Arizona’s Constitutional Convention. It focuses on the history and background of the convention, its delegates, the state constitution and relevant issues of today that impact the constitution.</p><separator></separator><p>It will be from 2-5 p.m. at Steele Indian School Park’s Memorial Hall, 300 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix. The program is free, but seating is limited.
