Nominate outstanding professors for Professor of the Year

<p>ASU professors motivate their students to follow their dreams, achieve their goals and discover solutions to today’s most pressing challenges. They are admired for their passion, dedication and commitment to student success and research.</p><separator></separator><p>The ASU Parents Association recognizes tenured faculty who best exemplify a passion for teaching and excel in their areas of research or creative activity through the annual Professor of the Year Award. Several nominees will receive special recognition awards of $1,000 and the nominee who becomes Professor of the Year will receive:</p><separator></separator><p>• $10,000 cash award <br />• $10,000 ($5,000 per academic year) to fund an undergraduate assistant <br />• Fellowship in the ASU Distinguished Teaching Academy <br />• Lifelong designation as Parents Association Professor</p><separator></separator><p>The ASU Parents Association Professor of the Year will be announced at the Celebration of Teaching and Learning Excellence ceremony on April 12. All members of the ASU student body, faculty and staff are encouraged to submit a single nomination.</p><separator></separator><p>The submission deadline is Feb. 25.
