A new look for Sun Devil athletics
ASU's newly launched brand and identity program features a custom Sun Devil Athletics font and an exclusive, contemporary mark to be used consistently across all Sun Devil items. The mark and font can be used in a number of different ways – here are just a few examples.

Sparky joins student-athletes in showing off some of the new football outfits. Black has been added to the athletics color palette as a nod to the football teams of the 50s that wore black helmets.

Men's basketball uniforms get an update – and a new color.
Black was also added to the athletics color palette because it exudes strength, power and attitude – making it an obvious choice for a third primary color.

The new uniforms feature the custom Sun Devil Athletics font, called Sun Devil Bold. The font incorporates unique characteristics intended to represent the horns of its mascot Sparky or the tines of the pitchfork he carries.
