New, improved ASU Help Center available

Finding answers to your questions is just a click away with ASU’s online self-service resource, the ASU Help Center. The new Help Center website provides a more intuitive interface for faster access to the information you’re searching for.

The ASU Help Center now includes new information related to Financial Aid and Human Resources and will continue to provide comprehensive information to students, faculty and staff about the use of online and technical services at ASU.

Use the Guided Help section to search directly within the Financial Aid, Human Resources and Technology Support categories to streamline your search process. Or use the My Help Center section to submit and manage tickets sent to the ASU Help Desk.

The ASU community is encouraged to submit updates and suggestions for new Help Center articles by emailing asumanagers@blackboard.com.
