New ASU voicemail system

ASU’s Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system will be converted to the new Movius voicemail platform beginning April 1 from 10 p.m.-7 a.m. This impacts faculty and staff who currently dial 5-2000 to retrieve their voicemail.

No voicemail services will be available during the conversion periods.

Following the conversion, faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system should dial (480) 965-2000 to set up their new voicemail account using the default password 1111. Callers will hear a default greeting when prompted to leave a message until account setup is complete.

Faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system can retrieve pre-conversion voicemail messages for three weeks following the conversion by dialing (480) 965-2010 and using their previous voicemail account password. No pre-conversion messages will be available after April 25.

These changes will not impact private cellphone voicemail service, only ASU voicemail. For more information, visit the ASU Help Center or call the ASU Service Desk at (480) 965-6500.
