New ASU voicemail system


<p>ASU’s Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system will be converted to the new Movius voicemail platform beginning April 1 from 10 p.m.-7 a.m. This impacts faculty and staff who currently dial 5-2000 to retrieve their voicemail.</p><separator></separator><p>No voicemail services will be available during the conversion periods.</p><separator></separator><p>Following the conversion, faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system should dial (480) 965-2000 to set up their new voicemail account using the default password 1111. Callers will hear a default greeting when prompted to leave a message until account setup is complete.</p><separator></separator><p>Faculty and staff who formerly used the Avaya Audix/Intuity voicemail system can retrieve pre-conversion voicemail messages for three weeks following the conversion by dialing (480) 965-2010 and using their previous voicemail account password. No pre-conversion messages will be available after April 25.</p><separator></separator><p>These changes will not impact private cellphone voicemail service, only ASU voicemail.
