Mildcats teams up with Petfinder

<p>Mildcats, ASU’s feral and abandoned-cat rescue group, has joined with Petfinder to offer a sponsorship program for the campus cats.Photos of the</p><separator></separator><p>ASU cats up for adoption are listed on the Petfinder Web site. The minimum one-time sponsorship fee is $10.</p><separator></separator><p>Anyone interested in sponsoring a cat awaiting placement should go online to www.petfinder.com/shelters/mildcats.html, which leads to the Mildcats site. Those persons can click on the link titled “Our Adoptable Pet List,” then click on the name of the cats they wish to sponsor. They then can look for the “Sponsor Me/Make a Donation” box.</p><separator></separator><p>The cats listed on Petfinders/Mildcats, were trapped on the ASU campus by Mildcats. They have been spayed or neutered, immunized and socialized, have tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV and are ready for new homes.</p><separator></separator><p>Sponsorship opportunities also will be available soon for the ASU feral cats – those who have lived on the campus for months or years and are not suitable for adoption.
