Media must request commencement credentials by May 3

ASU is currently pre-registering members of the media who wish to cover its May 13 Commencement Ceremony. The ceremony takes place at 7 p.m. in Sun Devil Stadium.<br /><br />Due to the large number of media interested in covering commencement, which features President Barack Obama as the commencement speaker, credentials MUST be requested by Sunday, May 3, at 5 p.m. Members of the media will be contacted the week of May 4 as to whether or not their request has been approved. More detailed information like arrival time and check-in location also will be communicated that week.<br /><br />To request credentials, email name and the media outlet represented to sharon.keeler@asu.edu.  If on freelance assignment, also include the name of the media outlet represented and a contact at that outlet who can be called to verify. Please also include if you represent print, TV/photo or radio so you can be seated in the appropriate section.
