Connect with creativity in community arts classes

December 02, 2008

Awaken your inner artist and enroll in ASU Herberger College Community School of the Arts spring 2009 classes. Instruction in art, dance, music and theatre is available to all – from serious high school arts students, to adults and kids from preschool to teens – artists of all ages can grow their abilities and learn from the best ASU graduate students, professors and participating community artists in a university setting.

The expertise of Herberger College Community School of the Arts instructors reaches even further this season through several new class offerings for all ages – private instruction now is available in art, dance, music and theatre. New adult art classes are available for ages 15 and up, including: fiber arts, digital photographic imaging, portraiture, landscape drawing and more. For the younger arts student, pre-school classes now are offered in all four disciplines.

Aspiring artists of all ages and skill levels can connect with their creative side when classes begin in January on the ASU Tempe campus. Space is limited, so enroll your children and yourself during spring registration, which continues through the first day of each class, as space allows. Financial aid also is available. For class times, locations and details, call the Herberger College Community School of the Arts at 480.727.0700, or visit: http://communityschool.asu.edu.
