Bishopville Bishopville, an aubrite, is one of the rarities and odd meteorites in ASU’s collection. ASU#212s, 1077.1g. Bruno This close up of the Bruno iron meteorite shows fusion crust and regmaglypts. ASU#132.1x, 12.458g. Canyon Diablo Pictured above are Canyon Diablo impact spheroids. Cube is a 1 cm scale. Chesterville Chesterville is an IIAB iron meteorite. This image also shows pieces forged from the meteorite in the mid 1800s. ASU#251sf, 1750g. Coolidge This image shows part of a barred olivine chondrule from the Coolidge C4-ung carbonaceous chondrite. Blue is olivine and devitrified glass between the olivine bars. ASU#397.2x. Thin section. Losttown The meteorite Losttown possesses a well developed Widmanstätten pattern. ASU holds the main mass. ASU#288s, 2512 g. Polished face 7 cm wide. Norton County Norton County, an aubrite, is irradiated with UV light showing bright yellow fluorescent enstatite. ASU#523, 10.9 g. Width of specimen is 3 cm. NWA1152 NWA1152 is an nngrouped primitive carbonaceous chondrite (C3-ung). ASU#1628_1, 7.35g, Face is 4 cm wide. Thika Thika, an L6 ordinary chondrite, fell July 16, 2011 in Kiambu County, Kenya. ASU#1714_1, 377g. Thumrayt Thumrayt 001, is a pallasite. ASU#1685_1, 90.7g. Wolf Creek Wolf Creek, an IIIAB iron meteorite, is in the shape of a ball. ASU#673.3. 996.4g.
