ASU offers new, improved help desk services

ASU recently partnered with Blackboard Student Services to create a better Help Desk experience for everyone in the ASU community. 
Beginning in late May, several enhancements will be noticeable.

Questions can still be submitted to the ASU Help Desk by phone, online or through Web chat. The Help Desk also offers more personalized assistance, and ASU’s new interactive voice menu ensures calls will connect to the right person the first time.

The ASU Help Desk is still available 24 hours a day, every day, and offers easy-to-find, reliable assistance to anyone affiliated with the university.

Finding answers to questions is just a click away with ASU’s online self-service resource, the ASU Help Center. The new Help Center website provides a more intuitive interface for faster access to information. The ASU Help Center will include new information related to Financial Aid and Human Resources and will continue to provide comprehensive information to students, faculty and staff about the use of online and technical services at ASU.
