The Fulton Center features an intriguing conglomeration of geometric shapes that appear to float when viewed from certain perspectives.

The bridge connecting Life Sciences' C & E wings echoes the geometrical architecture found in other buildings on the Tempe campus, such as the Fulton Center.

Text fragments and letterforms, etched on the glass façade of Lattie F. Coor Hall, are one of the largest public art projects on campus. Chicago artist BJ Krivanek, commissioned by project architects from Gensler and Jones Studio, selected letters from several Latin-based, Native American and Asian languages, as well as numbers and punctuation marks, to represent the universal potential of language.

ASU's new Skyspace, Air Apparent, was created by internationally renowned artist James Turrell. The structure contains 480 LED color-changing light fixtures, each programmed by the artist to illuminate the canopy above during sunset and sunrise, and to amplify the viewer's experiences of light, color and perception during twilight hours.
