15-year-old with 4 associate degrees admitted to ASU Barrett Honors College

Alexander Gilman, 15, graduated last week from Paradise Valley Community College with associate degrees in business administration, science, arts and general studies.

Gilman, a Paradise Valley resident, is no stranger to being a young student. He started classes at PVCC at the age of 13. In addition to receiving degrees from the community college, he also will graduate from the Arizona Agribuisiness and Equine Center on May 15.

He has been accepted into Arizona State University's Barrett, the Honors College and W.P. Carey School of Business as a junior and will start classes in August. He plans to double-major in business legal studies and finance.
