Student athletes join honors program


Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, is a selective, residential college that recruits academically outstanding undergraduates across the nation. It has been named "Best Honors College" in the nation, and this year more than 30 Sun Devil student-athletes will take part in the program, including six freshman.

The women's cross country team, coached by Louie Quintana, will have seven members of its team on the squad along with men's track, coached by Greg Kraft. ASU's national champion softball team will have five members.
