Jennifer Johnson named ASU Athlete of the Week

<p> Women's golfer <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/johnson_jennifer00.html"… Johnson</a> has been named ASU's Athlete of the Week for the week ending October 31st. The stellar freshman has put together a fall season to remember and is well on her way to being an integral part of the Sun Devils as they look to repeat as National Champions.<a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/johnson_jennifer00.html"… href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/johnson_jennifer00.html"… Johnson</a> finished the first half of her freshman season proving she is one of the front-runners for the NGCA Freshman of the Year award. She has placed in the top 10 in every tournament she has competed in this season, including tying for 10th place at last week's NCAA Fall Preview where she shot a 3-over 219 (73-71-75). Johnson is currently in ninth in the Golf Stat Cup and is the highest rated freshman in the standings.</p>
