Baseball beats Washington

The Sun Devils improve to 33-5 overall, 11-4 in the Pac-10, with the win in the finale of the teams' three-game series.</p><separator></separator><p>Calhoun was 3-for-3 with a home run, two singles and two walks. He went 5.1 innings, allowing 11 hits and three runs. <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-basebl/mtt/rodgers_brady00.html">… Rodgers</a> went 2.2 shutout innings of relief, escaping a two-on, one-out jam in the sixth and then inducing inning-ending double plays in both the seventh and eighth innings. <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/m-basebl/mtt/barrett_jake00.html">J… Barrett</a> worked the ninth, giving up a run on two hits.</p><separator></separator><p>ASU scored first as Maggi led off the game with a home run, and then MacPhee scored later in the first inning on a double play to give the Sun Devils a 2-0 lead.
