Workplace initiatives reviewed by Karin


<p>Associate clinical professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=65860&qu…; target="_blank">Marcy Karin</a> presented to a meeting of the Phoenix Work/Life Network on Sept. 15 an update on Workplace Flexibility 2010 and discussed her new post at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.<br /><br />Karin, director of the new Work/Life Policy Unit in the College's Civil Justice Clinic, recently moved to Phoenix from Washington, D.C., where she was involved in the national workplace initiative at Georgetown University Law Center. Karin now is working to make the ASU Work/Life Policy Unit a leader in supporting emerging workplace trends that organizations will face in the near future.<br /><br />Karin supervises and instructs student attorneys working on behalf of clients in the Civil Justice Clinic. Her research interests include workplace law, policy and practice, civil justice and litigation, and women's legal history.
