Women's golf travels to Texas for 2011 NCAA Championships


<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><a href="http://www.ncaa.com/content/womens-di-team-leaderboard">Live Scoring</a> | <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/2011NCAAChampCentral.htm… Central</a>&nbsp;| <a href="http://www.facebook.com/ASUWGolf">Facebook</a></strong></p><separator><… class="MsoNormal">The 10th-ranked Arizona State women’s golf team opens up the first round of the 2011 NCAA Championships, today, at the Traditions Golf Course in College Station, Texas.</p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal">The Sun Devils have weathered the trials of the fall season, which saw juniors <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/ciganda_carlota00.html">… Ciganda</a> and <a href="http://thesundevils.cstv.com/sports/w-golf/mtt/molinaro_giulia00.html">… Molinaro</a> compete on this same course as individuals in the 2010 Fall Preview. With its third-place finish in Daytona Beach at the NCAA East Regional, Arizona State earned its 20th-consecutive National Championship bid, the most in NCAA History. ASU also holds the distinction as the school with the most NCAA championships in women’s golf with seven.</p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal">The 2011 NCAA Championships, hosted by Texas A&amp;M, will be held at the Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas, May 18-21. The Sun Devils tee off the first round starting at 12:30 p.m.</p><separator></separator><p class="MsoNormal">Live scoring will be provided by the NCAA.</p>
