Wissler part of panel at American Bar Association


Rosselle Wissler, research director of the College of Law’s Lodestar Dispute Resolution Program, will be part of a panel at the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Annual Meeting.

Wissler will participate in the Meditation Research Mini Conference on Looking Forward. The panel will be a facilitated discussion on the future of mediation research designed to pave the way forward. It will feature group of leading interdisciplinary researchers, practitioners and academics.

The conference will be April 18-21 in Washington, D.C.

Wissler, a Faculty Fellow in the Center for Law, Science & Innovation, conducts empirical research on mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. Her research and writing address various policy issues relating to ADR and examine the factors that contribute to the use and effectiveness of ADR processes.
