Update to faculty and staff services

The University Technology Office is updating the Service Catalog “Submit a Request” page and the navigation menu to provide better visibility to the numerous items available for request in the Service Catalog. Users can access this page by clicking the Submit a Request button on the Service tab on My ASU.

• The search bar is now more prominent to enable users to quickly enter keywords to find the service or item they need.

• The Navigation menu has been updated to include a link to Featured Items, which lists the items you’ve recently requested and items most requested by faculty and staff.

These enhancements were made in response to direct feedback from the ASU community. The University Technology Office is committed to advancing the way in which information technology services are delivered across ASU.
