Sun Devils 101 with exclusive access to ASU football

Sun Devils 101 is a sports magazine program produced by top broadcast students at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in partnership with Fox Sports Arizona. The program, produced three times each semester, airs regionally on FSN.

With the hiring of a new head football coach, the Sun Devils 101 staff felt compelled to introduce Todd Graham to the ASU community and the state of Arizona.

Todd Graham is a man of passion, a man of enthusiasm and a man on a mission to take ASU to the next level of football prominence. What is his plan? How does he propose to accomplish it? And who are the people who support and encourage him?

In this new episode, viewers will get exclusive interviews with family members, coaches and players. The show will premiere Thursday, March 15, at 6 p.m. on Fox Sports Arizona.

In a Sun Devils 101 exclusive, cameras captured a team dinner hosted by coach Graham and his wife Penni at their new Valley home. Our team interviewed several members of the Graham family, hoping to connect the audience with Grahams on a more personal level.

Graham's vision of Sun Devil football relies heavily on discipline, unity and the desire to win. The Sun Devils 101 staff witnessed some of the changes he is implementing in the weight room. Transformations were made not only in the workout regimen, but also with the wardrobe.

Producers spent entire session with strengthening and conditioning coach, Shawn Griswold, to get an "insiders" perspective. To understand changes on the field, Sun Devils 101 interviewed several members of the new coaching staff.

To complete this latest episode, about a half dozen students worked diligently for more then a month to gather interviews, footage and edit the 30-minute program. The premiere of this all-access show will give viewers a new perspective of who Todd Graham is as a person, friend and coach.
