Stauffer Hall on Tempe campus closed on Thursday

UPDATE 8/27/10: The Stauffer Building has reopened and will resume normal operations and schedules.

Stauffer Hall on the Tempe campus will be closed for the remainder of the day on Thursday, Aug. 26 and is currently scheduled to reopen on Friday, Aug. 27.

Smoke from a mechanical failure of equipment in the basement forced the closure of the building on Thursday and the hall is currently being cleared of smoke.

Classes will resume in the building on Friday at 7:40 a.m.
