Sierra Cook named Pac-12 Women's Soccer Player of the Week

Arizona State forward Sierra Cook has been named Bank of the West Pac-12 Women's Soccer Player of the Week for Nov. 1-7, Commissioner Larry Scott announced Tuesday.

The senior scored both of ASU's goals in the Sun Devils' 2-1 victory over rival Arizona on Friday, giving the Sun Devils the women's soccer point in the annual State Farm Territorial Cup Series.

The two goals tied Cook's single-game career high, which she has achieved two other times.

Cook wrapped up her collegiate career by scoring three goals in her final two matches, including two game-winning goals. She also ends the season as ASU's leader in points (18) and goals (8), and is tied for the team lead in game-winning goals (2).

This is Cook's first career Pac-12 Player of the Week honor and the 14th all-time selection for ASU.
