Saks to speak at national ABA conference


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=28">Mic… Saks</a>, Regents’ Professor of Law and Psychology at the College of Law, will speak at the American Bar Association’s National Conference of Administrative Law Judges’ annual meeting on Sept. 19, in Santa Fe, N.M.</p><separator></separator><p>Saks will speak about standards of admissibility of scientific evidence.</p><separator></separator><p>Saks is a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Law, Science &amp; Innovation. His research focuses on empirical studies of the legal system, especially decision making, the behavior of the litigation system and the law’s use of science.
