Saks participates in AAFS meeting

Professor Michael Saks, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, was a speaker at the 61st Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, "Forensic Science: Envisioning and Creating the Future," held on Feb. 16-21 in Denver.

Saks was involved in a panel discussion on Individualization of Evidence. The panel mostly agreed that the concept of individualization has been oversold and needs to be toned down in court and better researched in the future.
