Saks, other Regents' professors noted

Regents' Professor Michael Saks, a Faculty Fellow in the College of Law's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, is featured in the September 2009 edition of ASU Magazine, with the other four ASU professors who also received the Regents' honor on May 1.

The rank of Regents' Professor is the highest faculty honor bestowed by the university in honor of a faculty member's accomplishments and the quality he or she has brought to ASU.

Saks' research focuses on empirical studies of the legal system, especially decision-making, the behavior of the litigation system, and the law's use of science. He is the fourth most-cited law-and-social-science scholar in the U.S., and has authored approximately 200 articles and books.
