Saks appointed to AAAS, ABA joint board


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=28">Mic… Saks,</a> Regents’ Professor of Law and Psychology at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, was recently appointed to the National Conference of Lawyers and Scientists board, a joint effort of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and American Bar Association (ABA) board.</p><separator></separator><p>He will attend his first meeting on May 13 in Washington, D.C.</p><separator></separator><p>Saks is a Faculty Fellow at the Center for Law, Science &amp; Innovation. His research focuses on empirical studies of the legal system, especially decision making, the behavior of the litigation system and the law’s use of science.
