PTS seeks Sun Devils' feedback in annual spring survey

<p>ASU Parking and Transit Services values its parking permit and transit pass holders, and appreciates the feedback it receives from commuters to ensure that the programs it makes available to the ASU community best fit Sun Devil transportation needs. PTS wants to hear from ASU students and employees about the things it does right, the areas that could use improvement, and what parking and transportation programs the campus community would like to see put into place.</p><separator></separator><p>All Sun Devils are invited to <a href="http://asu.edu/purchasing/snap_survey/PTSSpring2011Survey/ptsspring2011…; target="_blank">complete this survey</a> so PTS can enhance campus transportation services, improve communication with employees and students, and continue striving to provide superior customer service.</p><separator></separator><p>Everyone who completes the survey by May 4 will have the opportunity to enter into a drawing to win prizes, such as: Sun Dollars added to winners' Sun Cards, a free Zipcar membership that includes $75 in driving credit, and one survey participant will win an iPad 2. (Note: If an ASU employee wins the iPad 2, its value will be added to his/her paycheck as taxable income.)</p><separator></separator><p>Additionally, PTS is searching for students and employees who would like to share more of their commuting habits to be a part of a future “Super Commuter Profiles” campaign. Interested individuals can make note of their willingness to be part of the campaign at the end of the survey.</p><separator></separator><p>PTS conducted a similar survey last spring and, thanks to the more than 2,700 Sun Devils who participated, PTS was able to make some significant program enhancements during the 2010-2011 school year. A list of improvements can be viewed <a href="http://cfo.asu.edu/pts-survey-results&quot; target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
