Popko book on sentencing law published


<p>Clinical Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=309">Zig Popko</a>, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, has co-written a new book, Federal Sentencing Law &amp; Practice, 2009 ed. (Criminal Practice Series), printed by West Publishing. The text provides detailed analysis of &quot;hot&quot; topics such as white-collar crime and the sentencing of organizations, plus research-enhancing analysis of recent cases.</p><separator></separator><p>Popko, who directs the College of Law's Post-Conviction Clinic and teaches Legal Research &amp; Writing, wrote the book with Thomas W. Hutchison, Peter B. Hoffman and Deborah Young.
