Clinical Professor Zig Popko, of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, has co-written a new book, Federal Sentencing Law & Practice, 2009 ed. (Criminal Practice Series), printed by West Publishing. The text provides detailed analysis of "hot" topics such as white-collar crime and the sentencing of organizations, plus research-enhancing analysis of recent cases.

Popko, who directs the College of Law's Post-Conviction Clinic and teaches Legal Research & Writing, wrote the book with Thomas W. Hutchison, Peter B. Hoffman and Deborah Young. For details, click here.
