Planning an event? ASU can help.

The university's special events staff – Event Assist @ ASU – is inviting the ASU community to visit with more than 40 vendors who supply the university with event coordinating services such as catering, equipment and audio/visual rentals, hotels, promotional items, and transportation, among other services.

The vendors attending the Spring 2012 ASU Event Coordinators Vendor Showcase, scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 15, in Old Main on the Tempe campus, were selected specifically by the ASU events staff to best suit your needs.

"There are more events than ever before being coordinated at ASU, and more employees than ever are being asked to assist their departments, schools and colleges to hold events," says Tye Thede, director of special events, in the Office of Public Affairs. "We wanted to show the university community all the vendor options we have when planning events so they can produce the best event possible."
