Participants needed for study on Downtown Phoenix campus

Do you have (or think you have) slightly high cholesterol but you don't want to take medication? You may be eligible for a research study examining the effects of nopales intake on cholesterol levels. 

The study is being conducted by doctoral student Giselle Pereira Pignotti, in the School of Nutrition and Health Promotion, for her dissertation research. 

You may qualify if you are 18 to 70 years and living in the Phoenix area. Up to $100 in gift card will be given to compensate for time and travel.
