Nanotech conference to feature Marchant
Professor Gary Marchant will be the guest speaker at the 2008 Scholarly Symposia Series: Current Issues in Intellectual Property Law on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the University of Dayton School of Law in Ohio.
Marchant, executive director of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law's Center for the Study of Law, Science, & Technology, will speak at the Transnational Models for Regulation of Nanotechnology program. The symposium is designed to explore the potential risks posed by nanotechnology and potential regulatory frameworks that law may impose, in addition to the various rationales for international regulation.
