Men's swimming takes on Pac-12 Championship

The Arizona State men’s swimming team begins its quest for conference championships, tomorrow, at the 2012 Pac-12 Championships held this season at the East Los Angeles College Swim Center, Feb. 29-Mar. 3. The Sun Devils will look to win their first Pac-12 title since 2008, CJ Nuess took home a championship in the 1650 free.  

What does the Pac-12 say?

Arizona State:

“Sophomore Hayden Thomas leads Arizona State as the team’s top distance swimmer, holding the Sun Devils’ best time in the 1,650 free this season. Junior Caleb Veazey and senior Jesper Akesson have also been consistent for the Sun Devils. Veazy, a mid-distance free specialist, recorded season-bests in the 200, 500 and 1,650 free events at last year’s Conference meet.”
