Wearing masks in schools appears to sharply curtail the spread of COVID-19, despite the dominance of the highly contagious Delta variant, two new U.S. studies show.
In the first study, researchers including Arizona State University Associate Professor J. Mac McCullough focused on students in the Arizona counties of Pima and Maricopa, where Tucson and Phoenix are located.
