Marchant speaks Eleventh Judicial Circuit conference


<p><a href="http://apps.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=6">Gary Marchant</a>, executive director of the College of Law’s Center for Law, Science &amp; Innovation, will speak at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s annual conference, “Sea, Space, and Science: Exploring the Legal Implications,” on Thursday, April 28, in Orlando, Florida.</p><separator></separator><p>Marchant will give a talk entitled, “Emerging Technologies and the Future of Law.”</p><separator></separator><p>Marchant’s research interests include the use of genetic information in environmental regulation, risk and the precautionary principle, legal aspects of personalized medicine, and regulation of emerging technologies such as nanotechnology, neuroscience and biotechnology.
