Law professor, Winer, blogs for 'The Media Institute'
<p><span lang="EN">The Media Institute has published a commentary by Professor <a href="http://www.law.asu.edu/Apps/Faculty/Faculty.aspx?individual_id=1">Laure… Winer</a> in its blog, Media & Communications Policy. In the blog post, "A Unitary First Amendment - Redux," Winer addresses a recent comment by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts regarding a case that has implications for political speech.</span></p><separator></separator><p><span lang="EN">"We don't put our First Amendment rights in the hands of (government) bureaucrats," Roberts reportedly said during oral argument of <i>Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission</i>.
