Kittrie article appears in 'Arms Control Today'

Orde Kittrie recently wrote an article titled, "Using Stronger Sanctions to Increase Negotiating Leverage with Iran," for Arms Control Today.

In the Dec. 5 article, Kittrie states that the Obama Administration "was right to offer incentives to and enter into dialogue with the Iranian leadership. Unfortunately, the Iranian regime has responded by continuing its aggressive and illegal behavior."

Kittrie argues for stronger sanctions.

Kittrie's teaching and research focus on international law (especially nonproliferation and sanctions) and criminal law. He is the director of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law's new Washington, D.C., Legal Externship Program.
